南都记者查询国航官网后发现，该趟国航CA1626次航班，原计划于当日21时50分从沈阳起飞，23时30分到达北京。实际起飞时间为21时40分，于23时02分到达北京。

10月27日，国航客服表示，25日晚的CA1626次航班为正常状态，出现颠簸可能是飞行过程中遇到气流或天气原因，与飞机本身无关。
