消息面上，3月12日午间，YY评级发布消息称，有12家商业银行正在筹集高达800亿元（按当天汇率计算为115亿美元）的贷款，以帮助万科偿还到期债券。万科目前正在为符合条件的银团贷款准备担保，根据万科公共债券到期情况，银团贷款余额不超过500亿元。但最终能否落地还有不确定性。南都·湾财社记者就上述消息向万科方面求证，截至发稿暂未收到相关回复。
除此之外，上周万科公开回应近期美元债偿付，称所有资金已经到位。3月8日，万科发布一份自愿性公告，万科地产(香港)有限公司发行的中期票据总额为6.3亿美元，利率为5.35%，原定于2024年3月11日到期。为确保全额偿还到期票据本息，万科企业股份有限公司已在到期前将本金及累计至到期日的利息共计约6.47亿美元存入代理行指定账户。
